From Marble Arch walk towards The Reformers Tree Memorial (a mosaic, not a real tree). In front of you there is a small dark brown wooden building with a turret on the top, this is the entrance to the LookOut

From Hyde Park Corner – make your way to the Serpentine Road and head west. At the Serpentine Bar & Kitchen take a right towards the public toilets in the middle of the Park. The entrance is on the north side so simply follow the boundary around until you come to the gatehouse, a small dark wooden building.
